Mia comments, “Hi! My name is Mia Marcillac and I am so honored to have contributed a photo to Healing Photo Art. It has been such an incredible experience volunteering for this organization and seeing how these photographs can really make an impact on not only the patients but the staff as well. It is so amazing that a photo of mine can be presented in a hospital and hopefully have a positive impact on its environment. As I continue to travel I hope to take more beautiful photos that can be contributed to this organization. As I am studying abroad in Florence, it is so special to be able to give back to this community and continue this philanthropic work. Elaine has been so kind to myself and the other volunteers and being able to contribute a photo to this organization makes my time studying in Florence so much sweeter.”
